FULL ON FAT LOSS

An 8-week group coaching programme for women who want to go all in without losing their minds.

This isn’t another generic group fat loss challenge! 

You won’t be living off boiled chicken and crying on the stair master.

But we are going to push you.

Because when fat loss is done properly, you don’t have to choose between fast results and your long-term wellbeing.

And most women? Are capable of more than they realise.​​​​

"But Laura...I thought you were all about sustainability?"

I am.

But I’m also about honesty.

And here’s the stuff no one wants to say out loud when it comes to decent fat loss:

 > You don’t always need another mindset chat.

> You might not be stuck because you're “not being kind enough to yourself”.

> Sometimes? You just need to work harder than you are right now.

…But in a way that doesn’t screw up your relationship with food.

Although what you do to STAY in shape long term should be sustainable, a fat loss phase shouldn't be.

 

And doing it too slowly can just make life feel like a never ending diet.

And I’ve spent YEARS coaching bikini athletes to absolutely elite standards.

So I know both extremes.

And I know the sweet spot in between.

Some coaches drive people into the ground for a set of abs. 

Some are so worried about destroying relationships with food they're scared of dieting them properly.

FAQs:

I workout at home can I still do it?

YES! The training programme has both home & gym options (And I probably shouldn't say this... but for a short termphase what you put in your mouth is more important than what you do in the gym). 

 

I really want to try but I’m scared I’ll be sh*t or not able to stick to it. 

You're in safe hands, i'm not a judgy coach & I don't find dieting easy either! Everyone has their own version of hard. 

 

Our job as coaches is to challenge you, not to kill you off. I'm on your team & want you to succeed in bringing your bestwhatever that looks like. I will always respect anyone who's trying! But if you don't try, how will you ever know what you're truly capable of?

 

If it’s group coaching do I have to show everyone my pics?

Absolutely not, your pics are for me to assess your progress (because the scales alone aren't a reliable indicator of fat loss). We'll have our own private folder for these, so no getting in front of the group in your pants required! 😂

 

I’m peri-menopausal will this still work for me?

Yes! Peri menopause can feel like it's kicking your ar*se, but it doesn't need to stop fat loss! We will look at managing factors like mood, stress, sleep & cravings to ensure you succeed, stay accountable, as well as unpacking the many myths surrounding perimenopause & fat loss, so you can get the results you've been longing for & start feeling like you again! 

 

Do I have to go to the gym every day?

Nope! In fact, even in an aggressive fat loss phase, we recommend rest days so that you can recover properly. But the more you move, the bigger the deficit we can create. Ideally, for this programme, you'll be available to train 3-5 days per week. 

 

I don’t know how to (or I don't want to) count calories, can I still do it?

I'm not going to lie, 8 weeks isn't long & we want to get you the best results possible. You don't have to be an expert, but ideally, you'll come into this programme with some experience of calorie counting. Likewise, this isn't an intuitive eating programme (because short term fat loss = more precision required), nor is it a meal plan. We want to control calories so you can be flexible in food choices & an eating pattern that you can stick to. But we will be giving you plenty of guidance on food choices for best results along the way.  

 

I’m a coach, can I still do your programme? 

Absolutely! I know sometimes coaches feel a bit awkward about getting involved because they "should know how to do it" but even coaches need coaches (because the more you know, the more you overthink!). 

 

I work with plenty of coaches 1:1, but our group programmes work really well for those of you who need a short termblast of accountability & to be just told what to do for 8 weeks.

When does the discount offer end?

If you sign up before 1 September you'll get the full 8 weeks of coaching for just £150! After that regular price is £200.
