As seen on my Snapchat story this morning (girlgainzblog) - I decided I wanted biscuits for breakfast so created a slightly different take on my regular smoothie bowl today so that I could pack in some biscuity chunks!
I wasn't actually planning on uploading this recipe to the site but it tasted so good that I thought it would be rude not to share!
Servings: Makes 1 large Jammy Bowl
Macros per bowl: 430kcal / 36g protein / 46g carbs / 7.5g fat / 6g fibre
40g vanilla protein powder
150g frozen strawberry & banana (I used a smoothie mix from Sainsburys)
200ml Alpro cashew milk (you can substitute for another milk of choice but cashew really brings out creamy biscuity flavours)
1 packet Mini Jammie Dodgers
1 tsp strawberry jam
Optional: Calorie free strawberry syrup
1. Place all ingredients (except 1 mini dodger & syrup) in blender.
2. Mix until a thick "ice cream" consistency is formed.
3. Top with the remaining Jammie Dodger & syrup to taste.
4. Eat! :-)
