Another quick microwave pud. This one is fab for hitting a chocolate craving without blowing your diet as it has only 164 calories per serving! As it's all made in the mug it saves on washing up too - i've tried to keep all measurements in table/teaspoons to make this one as quick to make as possible.
It's also delicious topped with some black cherries for more of a black forest taste, or add some orange extract for a chocolate orange version!
You can make the recipe gluten free by switching the flour for a gluten free variety & you can make it vegan by switching the yoghurt for non dairy yoghurt & honey for agave.

Macros per serving:
164kcal / 8g protein / 24g carbs / 5g fat / 9g fibre
Ingredients:
10g (approx 1/2 tbsp) self raising wholemeal flour (regular or gluten free alternative)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I use a basic one from Asda)
1 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt (I use Fage Total 0%)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp choc shot (made by Sweet Freedom - can be found in the hot chocolate section of the supermarket - if you don't have this
3 tbsp water
1 tsp stevia
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in mug & stir well - add more water to help mix if neccessary.
2. Place in microwave for 1 min 30 secs (if anything you want the middle to still be slightly gooey as this will continue to cook as the cake cools).
3. Leave to cool for 1 minute.
4. Eat! :-)
