Nutella Protein Krispies


After last week's Nutella Protein Balls & Pancakes I managed to resist the urge to eat the remaining Nutella from the jar with a spoon & created these - Nutella Protein Crispies! Another 100 calorie, gluten free snack idea to fend off those chocolate cravings. These ones contain only 4 ingredients too.

Servings - Makes 10 crispies

Macros per serving:

104kcal / 4.5g protein / 14g carbs / 3g fat / 1g fibre

Ingredients:

100g Nutella

35g rice puffs (I used Organic ones by Kallo - available in free from section of most supermarkets)

75g dates (soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes)

40g chocolate protein powder

Instructions:

1. Remove dates from boiling water & blend into "paste".

2. Melt Nutella in pan or microwave.

3. Stir in protein powder, rice puffs & dates.

4. Scoop mix out into even sized "cakes" & leave to set in fridge for 15 minutes

5. Eat! :-)
