One of my favourite desserts is Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream but it's pretty hefty on the fats & carbs! This skinny version really satisfies my Reece's craving whilst saving calories & giving me a protein hit too!
Servings: Makes 1 bowl
Macros per bowl:
223kcal / 25g protein / 14g carbs / 8g fat
Ingredients:
40g vanilla protein powder (I use one by Genetic Supplements which is pretty sweet - if yours isn't that sweet then add some Stevia & Vanilla extract)
100ml almond milk (or other milk of choice)
Handful of ice
20g peanut butter powder (I use one from Sainsburys)
1 Reeces Peanut Butter Cup (chopped - can use more cups if you have more macros to play with - mini cups or Reeces Pieces work great in this too)
Instructions:
1. Place protein powder, almond milk & ice into a blender & mix until thick.
2. Mix peanut butter powder with 1tbsp water or milk to form a thick (but pourable) paste.
3. Pour vanilla ice cream mix into a bowl, drizzle over peanut sauce & stir in chopped Reeces Cups.
4. Eat! :-)
