Peanut Butter Jelly Protein Balls


Peanut butter & jam (or peanut butter-jelly as the Americans would say!) has to be one of my favourite flavour combinations.

Anyone dieting will know that trying to get peanut butter in when fats drop can be a bit tricky! These yummy balls satisfy a PB craving with just 54 calories & 1.7g fat each.

Servings: Makes 12 balls

Macros Per Ball:

54kcal / 4.5g protein / 5g carbs / 1.7g fat / 1g fibre

Ingredients:

30g oats (regular or gluten free)

40g vanilla, peanut or caramel flavoured protein powder

30g smooth natural peanut butter

15g peanut flour or Powdered Peanut Butter (I used one by Sukrin available at Sainsburys, Tesco or Waitrose)

2 tbsp strawberry jam

20g dried strawberries

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender/food processor & mix until thick & stuck together.

2. Scoop out mix using a spoon & roll into balls.

3. Eat! :-)
