When I was a kid Caramac was one of my absolute favourite chocolate bars so when I saw that they are now doing Caramac buttons in the supermarket the other day I had to buy some which led me to create my newest protein ball flavour.
Servings: Makes 9 balls
Macros Per Ball: 63kcal / 3g protein / 7g carbs / 1.8g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
40g oats
40g vanilla or caramel protein powder
1/2 tsp sugar free caramel syrup
60g Caramac buttons
Instructions:
1. Place oats & protein powder into a food processor/blender.
2. Melt 50g of the Caramac buttons in a microwave & add to oats & protein.
3. Add syrup & remaining Caramac buttons & blend until stuck together.
4. Scoop out using a spoon & roll into balls (if mix is too sticky to work with try placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden first).
5. Eat! :-)
