Chocolate Avocado Thick Shake


After the success of the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate I thought i'd share another indulgent chocolatey drink with you.

If you like thick shakes this is the one! This recipe uses avocado as an alternative to ice cream to make the shake really rich & thick. It's an adaptation of another recipe by fellow TEAM-BOX coach Stephen Box and is a great quick, delicious way to get some extra protein & fibre in.

Serving Size: Makes 1 thick shake.

Macros per shake:

235kcal / 23g protein / 24g carbs / 5.5g fat / 6.5g fibre

Ingredients:

20g Chocolate Protein Powder 20g Avocado 20g Oats (gluten free) 5g Chocolate Nesquick Powder (can substitute for hot chocolate powder or Choc Shot)

Instructions:

1. Fill half of your smoothie glass with ice cubes & place them in blender with all other ingredients - blend until thick & smooth.

2. Pour mix back into glass & enjoy! :-)
