Ingredients:
50g frozen mango
50g frozen banana
30g frozen spinach
150ml unsweetened almond milk
40g vanilla protein powder
Toppings:
50g sliced kiwi
10g banana chips
5g desiccated coconut
Instructions:
1. Add protein powder, frozen fruit & spinach, & milk into a blender & mix until a thick ice cream consistency is formed.
2. Pour into a bowl & top as desired.
