Super Green Smoothie Bowl


Thick & delicious, this Super Green Smoothie Bowl is a light, fresh way to start your day in just 3 simple steps. This version is topped with yummy kiwi alongside banana chips & coconut to provide that element of “crunch” so many dieters miss - but you can top it with whatever takes your fancy!

Servings: Makes 1 Bowl

Macros per bowl: 357kcal / 36g protein / 31g carbs / 10g fat / 5g fibre

Ingredients:

50g frozen mango

50g frozen banana

30g frozen spinach

150ml unsweetened almond milk

40g vanilla protein powder

Toppings:

50g sliced kiwi

10g banana chips

5g desiccated coconut

Instructions:

1. Add protein powder, frozen fruit & spinach, & milk into a blender & mix until a thick ice cream consistency is formed.

2. Pour into a bowl & top as desired.

3. Eat! :-)
